How ZalesHunter handles data

Effective date: May 28, 2026. This Privacy Policy explains how ZalesHunter collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use our website, CRM platform, and integrations including Meta Lead Ads.

1. Information We Collect

  • Account information such as name, email address, phone number, company name, team details, and login credentials.
  • CRM information entered or imported by customers, including leads, customer contact details, call notes, tasks, campaign information, files, invoices, and activity history.
  • Meta Lead Ads information when you connect Meta, including lead form submissions, campaign IDs, campaign names, ad/form identifiers, and contact fields shared by the lead.
  • Usage and technical information such as device, browser, IP address, pages visited, session activity, and diagnostic logs needed to operate and secure the service.
  • Sales inquiry information submitted through our website, including contact details and messages.

2. How We Use Information

  • Provide, operate, maintain, and improve the ZalesHunter CRM platform.
  • Import, categorize, deduplicate, assign, and manage leads from connected sources such as Meta Lead Ads.
  • Display campaign-level lead performance and CRM activity to authorized users in your workspace.
  • Process billing, support, onboarding, service communications, and security notifications.
  • Monitor reliability, prevent abuse, troubleshoot issues, and protect the service and our customers.

3. Meta Lead Ads Integration

  • When a customer connects Meta Lead Ads, ZalesHunter uses the access token provided by that customer to retrieve lead details and campaign information from Meta APIs.
  • Imported Meta leads are stored in the customer's CRM workspace and categorized by campaign where campaign data is available.
  • We do not sell Meta lead data. We use it only to provide CRM functionality requested by the customer.
  • Customers are responsible for having appropriate permission and lawful basis to collect, import, contact, and process leads from their advertising campaigns.

4. Sharing and Disclosure

  • We do not sell personal information.
  • We may share information with service providers that help us host, secure, support, analyze, or deliver the service, only as needed for those services.
  • We may disclose information if required by law, legal process, government request, or to protect rights, safety, and security.
  • Workspace data may be visible to authorized users within that workspace according to their roles and permissions.

5. Data Retention

  • We retain customer account and CRM data for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
  • Customers may delete leads, files, and other CRM records through the product where supported.
  • Some backups, logs, or audit records may remain for a limited period after deletion for security, continuity, or legal reasons.

6. Security

  • We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.
  • No internet service can guarantee absolute security, but we work to keep access restricted, monitor systems, and improve protections over time.

7. Your Choices and Rights

  • You may request access, correction, deletion, export, or restriction of personal information, subject to applicable law and account ownership verification.
  • Customers can disconnect integrations, rotate tokens, update workspace users, and manage CRM records from the product.
  • Leads or end users who want to exercise privacy rights should contact the business that collected their information, or contact us if ZalesHunter is directly responsible for the data.

8. International Processing

  • Information may be processed in locations where ZalesHunter, its customers, or service providers operate.
  • Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border processing.

9. Changes to This Policy

  • We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
  • Material changes may also be communicated through the product or by email where appropriate.
